QUALITY Control

IDEC has a well trained certified quality control team; that provides customer satisfaction and process improvement in order to reach the quality targets. ISO 9712 (EN 473) and asnt level II certified quality control team; controls the dimensions and examines the welded parts by non destructive methods in every step of the production process according to international standards and customer requirements. The training of quality control team and the studies of establishing new quality systems are permanently going on. IDEC also maintains the HSE under the quality assurance department.

QC Processes

IDEC has a qualified OC staff who checks all of the production stages and makes the necessary tests in the laboratory. The QC Staff also uses finest measuring tools.

HSE

IDEC has strict rules for Occupational Health and Safety which everybody in the facility must obey. Occupational Health and Safety Experts that are approved and certificated by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, periodically plan various trainings and risk assessment actions. The usage of PPE is controlled by the management of IDEC and the HSE staff
