QUALITY CONTROL PROCESSES
IDEC has a qualified OC staff who checks all of the production stages and makes the necessary tests in the laboratory. The QC Staff also uses finest measuring tools.
Macro Inspection for the Penetration Analysis.
A sample is prepared before the mass production. The sample product is cut, grinded, polished, etched, and the surface is inspected. The welding control and the penetration control is made. The welding structure is investigated.
If the sample is accepted, mass production starts!

Angle control for the flexuous zone.
The products which have flexion are checked by quality control.
Angular dimension control for the pieces are done according to ISO 2768-1 M.
Passivation control.
After the passivation process, Ferroxyl Test is applied to the products for free iron. According to the ASTM A 380 dark blue droplet is not accepted. Dark blue droplet indicates that passivation is not sufficient for stainless steel. Transparent droplet is accepted!
Stud dimension control.
After the stud welding, stud depth is checked and the process quality control form is filled. Dimensions are controlled according to ISO 13920; linear dimension as per Class-B and flatness as per Class-F.
Dimension control.
After the production process; general dimensions are checked according to ISO 13920, linear dimension as per Class-B and flatness as per Class-F.

Final control.
After the dimension control, visual inspection is done for the products.
The products are packed in the crates according to IDEC's packing procedure.
